Hey, am I missing something or are there still 2 item slots free for other items? Perhaps a Banshee's Veil and Frozen Mallet (for survivability, since you seem to have damage covered pretty well.) While I like the IE rush, I don't like the teleport skill for him at all. If you're being chased, I doubt the chances of being able to teleport out considering how extremely squishy he is. I suppose you could get to places faster, but the whole point of Twitch is suprise, and if they see a teleport, then you don't get any suprise on them. I personally like exhaust/flash on Twitch alot, they supply the easy kills in the beginning he needs to keep dangerous in the game. Since he's so item dependant mid game, he needs all the kills he can get. Granted, it's extremely easy to get on a killing spree with him, but if you gank all the time, you won't get any creep kills. Now sure, if you're lucky enough to get on a killing spree and if they're dumb enough not to be careful, yes, you don't need creep kills. Because you're fighting morons. I like the runes, they're pretty much the best for Twitch.

Love the build I got a triple kill and ace with it but you forgot to include Berserker's Greaves in it you also need to make some situational items and I disagree with recalling with 1800 gold that is too much gold, You also need to update it and remove the Health Potion from the build. But sence I love the build and Like the guide I am gonna give this a Thumbs up.
