This is my first attempt in publishing my build. I've read through a few Twitch builds and thought I'd post up my own. Any suggestions / criticisms are welcome.
ITEMS:
~Vampric Scepter: This is the starting item for the Twitch. Twitch is one of the weakest defensively character in the game, having this will help maintain early game survivability
~Malady: Building Maladay allows twitch to amplify his advantage - high attack speed even more so. At this point, you could take down a non take or significantly reduce his HP if played correctly
~Berserker Greaves: Getting Berserker Greaves will further enhance your attack speed as well as your movement, which in exchange will help you survive as well as doing more burst damage
Last Whisper: At this point, getting a last whisper should put you somewhat close to attack speed cap (2.5 attacks per sec). Having this item will help you lay 6 stacks of poison on your opponent and quickly expunge them to death
Infinite Edge: Sometimes I would use Black Cleaver depending on the situation. But since you are near attack speed cap by this point, it's time to build some damage and be even more destructive!
SKILL RANKS:
Running this build, as you can see, I try to max out Expunge first. With your items stacking attack speed as your priority, you can quickly put up 6 stacks of poison on your opponent and expunge. In ~3 seconds of time, you would be poison stack ready and doing your slow then expunge. If it's in a group situation, you could use Spray and quickly chop of 3 of your opponent's HP
SUMMONER ABILITIES:
I have Cleanse to prevent any sort of blind or stuns which will reduce my burst damage. Flash is for me to have my get away. In a tough situation, I'd flash away and quickly go into stealth to avoid chase from my opponent.
Overall:
I basically try to focus on the strongest advantage of Twitch and further enhance it as early as possible - his attack speed. I've tried different builds but I find my method provides the highest burst damage to quickly shave off an opponent's HP
