There is no attack speed bonus for last whisper anymore, so it's a lot less useful. Sure, the AP is nice, but, without the AS, it's not what Twitch needs.

this is completely viable option. i find that my auto attacks/spray and pray, are enough to get my targets down low and that expunge has enough power to finish them off. If you're having trouble taking them down than Guisoo's Rageblade is a perfect option to get that additional ability power on twitch.

Where's the ability power for expunge? Get something like Guinsoo's Rageblade.
