First Thing is first, this is my first build. I don�t know if it is considered good, but I have don very well with it. If you could give some feedback I would appreciate it.

For my summoner spells I usually choose teleport and ignite. Other choices could be Ghost, Flash, or in certain situations, Heal or Clarity.

For items I get Vampiric Scepter. Once I get enough money I build it into Malady. Then it is important to get boots. I choose Boots of Mobility, but you can exchange them for Bezerker Greaves instead. After that you should be around level 8-10. Once you get to that point, help your teammates by ganking with them, remembering to try to get the last fit by using expunge, then once possible get executioner�s calling. I use this for its damage over time and crit. You may swap this for Wit�s End depending on if there are casters on the other team. If there are 2 or more people who use mana a lot, I usually get Wit�s End. Then I get Recurve Bow first for its major attack speed. Then I build it into Madred�s Bloodrazor. By then there should be more group activity. Always stay out of the initial fray and come in once they are distracted. If you need to run away, use Ambush and your boots of mobility will help you. After that I get B.F. Sword. Then I build it into Infinity Edge. This is great for its crit. After if the game is still going on, go for Youmuu�s Ghostblade. This will give you crit and speed for catching up or running away.
When attacking/ganking someone I use ambush, then I use Debilitating Poison to slow them, and depending if I need to then I use Spray and Pray, And I usually wait for expunge until I either have max stacks of poison or until I can get the kill.
