Looks good, but 2 phantom dancers is overkill IMO.
I take Malady instead of the first PD, as it provides almost as much AS, gives extra damage to expunge, and increases the damage targets take from poison and expunge.

i have tried expunge first but when you wanna get that first blood kill from mid lane if you can get behind them and pop exhaust and ignite its over for them no matter who it is. and really a lot of people pop expunge to early you should let the poison sink in for a few seconds before using it. And i updated it with a core build a lot of times you may not get 30+ kills because they may have a tanky team or a lot of cc but if you focus on the squishy champ and always make an enemy on a killing spree a priority, then you can easily get the money for the core build by 30 mins.

another thing id like to add is that a con should be that people can easily shut you down by buying site potions. most good players that see a twitch on the loading screen will by a site pot and a health pot first thing and come kill u while your stealth-ed for an easy exp and gold gain early. this pretty much shuts you down early on. and if this happens you cant progress in gear and twitch IS his gear. just something i thought u might add to the cons..also if you go with crit chance runes. you wont need your second phantom at all and can spend that money on something better or make you item list more realistic. 20k gold isnt realistic as you need over 200 minion kills and 35 champion kills to do this. just my input. As far as mastery's go we are the same. i would take espounge first lvl rather then stealth. as you can hide in brush attack a few times and ES gank them easier then u can gank with regular attacks. over all id give it a 90% nice build.

this is pretty much what i run but id lie to see a game you pull over 30 kills out and get over 20k gold.
