At early game you want to harras your target by going in stealth and going behind the target you choose, then unleash hell on them, How ever don't do it when there are multiple enemies there or it would be suicide. Help your teammates when being chased with Debilitating poison and finishing off wounded enemy champions that nearly get away. With the vampiric scepter and good health regain you will stay in a lane for quite some time. It's also fun to make enemy champions paranoid by going stealth and stay like that for a while.

At this stage you have to choose from Madred's Bloodrazor or Black Clever, if there are a lot of tanks or they have huge HP then go for Madred's Bloodrazor if they have mostly squishy mages and weak melee get Black Clever. At mid game you are a very good 1 vs 1 so try pick off enemies that are farming or jungleing. With high attack speed from most of the items you can put 6 stacks of poison on the enemy fairly quickly and then use E key to finish them off with a nice huge burst.

At this stage you maybe have nearly the whole item build and you can release a huge burst of damage on a enemy and you might be the team carry. If you want to get extra items sell Executioner's Calling it's not that important at late game only at Early. From then on you wont need a guide you will just kill and kill.
