2nd Guide :)

Hello all im maguspwn back to you with another guide. This time its on twitch. Ive been doing amazing as him and of course my friends recommend to me to make a guide so here it is haha!
Ill start by naming abilities and tell u what they do.

Deadly Venom (Passive) - Its a poison, just like teemo except does true damage for a small amount of seconds.

Ambush (Q) - Twitch goes invisible for a short amount of time. 10/20/30/40/50

Expunge (W) - Twitch does damage to all nearby enemies in a big radius also dealing damage for how many stacks of Deadly venom are on the target.

Debilitating Poison (E) - Twitch slows the enemy for a short amount of time. More Deadly Venom = more Slow

Spray and Pray (R) - Twitch gains a hell of a lot of range and his Basic attacks deal 25/50/75 more Damage and twitch gets 5 attacks with this buff until it runs out.

Introduction

Lore:

The city-state of Zaun is a twisted realm of science, mercantilism, and magic run amok. While the young science of techmaturgy does much to advance civilization, its research and use in Zaun pushes the boundaries of morality on a daily basis. Zaun, choked with pollution from the countless factories and laboratories that spew waste into the environment, suffers greatly. As polluted as Zaun is above-ground, its subterranean levels are far worse. All of Zaun's runoff waste pooled together in its sewers, mixing into a toxic and mysterious concoction. A single plague rat rose from this alchemical nightmare - Twitch. Unlike his lesser evolved cousins, Twitch became as sentient as anyone else... provided they were as insane as he. A seeming byproduct of the evolutionary brew that spawned him was maniacal insanity, albeit in a functional form.

Twitch came to the League of Legends to represent himself ''as the only one of his kind'' on the Fields of Justice. Since then, he has found a generous benefactor in the city that gave him his evolutionary sentience - Zaun. Twitch is one of Zaun's premier champions in the League, and as such he fights for Zaun when political disputes between Valoran's city-states arise. Twitch has publically stated that his goal is to gain enough influence and materiel from his work in the League to try to recreate the process by which he gained his sentience. While many challenges lie ahead in his quest - one of the largest being his own insanity - were he to succeed, it would mean a bold and brazen step forward in the evolution of all of Runeterra. Zaun has pledged its support for Twitch in his quest, though it remains to be seen what Zaun's ulterior motives are in the matter.

''The existence of Twitch proves that anything is possible on Runeterra.''

Runes

Runes are essential playing as twitch.

For Marks i go Armor Penetration because it helps early and late game with damage.
For Seals i go Armor for more sustainability in lane and so you take less damage from those AD carries.... Caitlyn...
For glyphs i go magic resistance Because the same reason as seals except with AP champions :)

Masteries

Standard 21/9/0 taking all needed Attack damage masteries.
Summoners Wrath - Adding a magic resistance and armor debuff to enemy then spraying them down is great!
Brute Force - More AD necessary

Alacrity - More Attack Speed also necessary

Weapon Expertise - Armor Penetration, also great for champs stacking armor.

Deadliness - Increased Crit Strike Damage. Manditory

Vampirism - More Lifesteal = More Life

Sunder - +6 more armor penetration. MOAR MOAR MAOR

Executioner - Finishing off those annoying champs who like to escape. No problem !!!

For defense, go 3 into armor. 1 into magic resistance. 4 into hp per level. then flat HP

Items

Avarice blade - Some early game crit is nice and good + the gold per 5 helps wonders.
Boots of mobility - To move fast while stealthed
Hextech Gunblade - Some people will hate me for this. but its a great item on twitch. It SKYROCKETS his expunge damage by a lot. it helps you nuke a lot more. and just an overall great item. Lifesteal, and spell vamp
Infinity Edge - More Damage is always more fun :)
Phantom Dancer - More crit, attack speed, and movement speed for twitch. This item skyrockets ur Crit rate
Bloodthirster -ONLY GET THIS IF UR FED. u dont want to waste money on an item u cant farm.
Black Cleaver - GET IF UR NOT FED ^. This item gives u more attack speed and damage, as well as armor pen. Overall a good item on twitch.

Summoner Spells

Ive been experimenting with a lot of spells on twitch, and i have come out with the fact that FLASH AND EXHAUST are the best 2 spells for him. He is squishy so he needs an escape tool. Flash is like a free get me out of jail ticket.
Exhaust................... MOAR KILLS, and helps against people that can nuke u.

Ignite is also good mixing with your poison

Creeping / Jungling

Twitch is a viable jungle. Start with cloth armor 5 health pots. start at golem. Take golem then go to wolves. take wolves and head to wraiths. take wraiths. then head over to little golems. take those and then get a leash from your top or bot lane for red.

Gank after u get blue if u want. For easy kills i always do this. But if u prefer not to. dont.
