Introduction

Welcome to a really fun build of Twitch, The Plague Rat
I realize this build is really odd, and is sort of a spam build, but this build is really fun to play with.

Runes

This is the setup i prefer
but the marks can be changed, i'd suggest the extra attack speed.
You could also do a full atk spd rune page, and that would be ok too.

The Math

ExpungeExpunge is Twitch's main resource for getting kills. It also has a 1/1 AP Ratio as you may know.
Picture that a team fight broke out at Baron Nashor and there were 3 stragglers from the enemy team that were wounded severely. And you pretty much have this full build.

That being said; you hit the 3 enemies a number times, say twice for each enemy(6 hits total).
now rememeber that they were all low hp once you started hitting them, and now they have 2 stacks of Deadly Venom on them

Now you used ExpungeExpunge on all 3 of them
AP=325

ExpungeExpunge does 150 + 325 = 475 if you multiply that by the amount of enemies you hit (which is 3) thats a total of 1425, and if you include all the bonus damage from ExpungeExpunge.

thats a whopping total of 1785 damage divided amongst 3 enemy champions... Can you say, T-T-T-TRIPLE KILL????

I can't...

instead I say

P-P-P-P-PENTA KILL!!!!!!

Build info

This build has been known to get pentakills, and you cannot forget the wonderful active from your Gunblade

Twitch's ultimateSpray and Pray size-16 also gains "On hit effects", which means lifesteal, AND spellvamp.

If you are low on hp, go hit a wraith camp and gain back all your precious hp. Simply hit all of them ONCE and hit Expunge to regain almost all your health.

Now you may notice the Hourglass to be a bit odd... Yes it is odd, but consider being chased by enemies and your getting wailed on so much that you cant go invis.... well this item grants you a grip of armor along with the opportunity to go invis and make your grand getaway.
Step1: Pop your Q
Step 2: Pop Zhonya's Active to become temporarily immortal and untargetable.
Step3: GET THE **** OUT OF DODGE!!!!!

Also one other thing, The boots are your own personal preference, i like to play twitch as a ganker, so i like the constant movement speed of 3 from boots of swiftness.
Other suggestions would be:
-Berskerker's greaves
-Sorcerer's Shoes
-Ninja Tabi
-Mercury Treads

Summary

This is intended to be a fun build, not necessarily the type of thing you go to ranked games with.
I hope you have fun with it, as much as much as I did.
