[*] Heal isn't the best summoner spell for Twitch, since he's a very squishy champ. You'll gain very little health, and die. You're just prolonging your death for a second or so. It can get you a kill or so early game, but besides that, it's not very viable.
[*] Health seals aren't worth it if you don't have the quints, so don't bother.
[*] Starting with a Vampiric Scepter is somewhat equal to Doran's Shield, but since you lose out on base health, you'll have to be extra careful.
[*] Dagger dosen't seem too good of a choice that early, that early attack speed isn't great. Twitch does great with crits, thats why I prefer to build Avarice Blades. However, I can agree with you to build B.F. Sword fast, so just coordinate with your teammates to get quick ganks for it.
[*] Instead of Black Cleaver, grab an Infinity Edge. It does a lot better during this point of the game since everyone is still building items, and Black Cleaver won't have a lot to penetrate through since... everyone is still building items!
[*] Malady, I despise that item for Twitch. To be honest, it isn't worth it on Twitch. The time and money used to create the item isn't worth it for the main item. Malady's life-steal is decent, the attack speed is good, but if you get Last Whisper, Madred's, or Guinsoo's you'll have enough attack speed already, with your Ambush.
[*] Once you get Last Whisper, Madred's or Guinsoo's, you should build your Bloodthirster since you're kicking *** and taking names. Black Cleaver is more of a last resort item, if you can't mow down that last champ, it's worth it.
[*] Back to the runes, mana isn't too great for Twitch, since you can easily steal blue rune, and blue rune is almost always on someone, so just ambush that person, and Wah-Lah, a Blue Rune! (:
