This build is i say very powerful it can take down people from tanks to tryndemeres to anyone in the game. I don't want to over extend on this so ill skip to the runes.

Hello summoners and welcome to my guild for Twitch the plagued rat. you probably understand why i have runes for damage and armor pen. but your probably confused why i have ability power. Well its because its for twitch's e move expunge. You could use ability power on it to make it even more useful. For example if your trying to kill a running champ you can use your w move debilitating poison. then inflict at least 5 hits on on the enemy if he doesn't die you can use expunge to kill him its really strong with the original damage and poison boost that twitch's passive give him and with the extra ability power its a 100% success on killing the enemy. Expunge is also helpful on 1 v 1 basis so Ty for listening scroll down for more good luck summoners.

Hello summoners and welcome to my guild for Twitch the plagued rat. For masteries i pick up 29/0/1 for mostly damage, attack speed, critical strike and life steal. And the 1 in utility is 1 because i had some extra left over and i could respond quicker because twitch is pretty darn squishy. So that is why my masteries are 29/0/1. Hello summoners and welcome to my guild for Twitch the plagued rat. start off with dorans blade for a little but of life steal and damage. Then i pick up berserker greaves for attack speed and everyone needs boots right. then i pick up avrice blade for crit and damage and mostly for the extra gold i forgot to mention i get 2 for double the power. i get the infinity edge for massive damage this is when the life steal kicks in. then i give up 1 of the aviraces to build ghostblade. then i sell the other avirice and my dorans blade to after i buy my blood thirster. after this i build black cleaver and frozen malllot. My skill sequence why would i get expunge first? doesn't everybody get ambush first? well i'm not everybody. i get expunge first for early harass and extra damage. then i get ambush to suprize the enemy and go for the kill with expunged. the reason why i max out expunged because of its massive damage and the reason why i max out deliberating poison last because the spell is probally his least important spell.
