Twitch is one of my favorite toons to play. All in all, I average 15 kills and around 4 deaths per game and tons of assist. You will be shooting so fast, as long as you micro between opponents before you hit expunge, you will do very well.

Start with: Vampric Scepter: The +12% Lifesteal is nice to have early game killing minions. Plus it's not being wasted because it goes to Starks Fervor.

--Starks Fervor: The best starting item for Twitch would be Stark's Fervor. This will give you 20% lifesteal and 30HP/5. The best part about it is that your teammates will also benefit from these buffs as well, Downside though...Stark's Fervor does give off a debuff of -20Armor, if the enemy team knows you have Stark's, they will know you are there. So pick your timing carefully. Or play against people who don't pay attention.

--Boots of Mobility: Having the Movement 5 Speed is just sexy considering the amount of Ganking you can do with Twitch. When out of combat, you can hit around 430 Movement, which is really nice when your chasing someone down, or going lane to lane in about 10-15 seconds only.

--Last Whisper: Here pay attention to who you're playing, because if noone is stacking armor go with a Wit's End instead. But this is good for attack speed and armor pen/magic res.

--Black Cleaver: Grabbing a B.F. Sword first for the +50ATK will help getting faster kills/assists, but when you get the Black Cleaver, the extra +25ATK plus the -12Armor/ATK is incredible for any opponent.


-- NEW -- Phantom Dancer: This will give you 45% Atk Speed, 20% more crit, 20% dodge chance and 15% more movement speed. What's great is when you cast your ult you will be just under the max ATk Spd limit of 2.5, it puts me at 2.4994 normally, and without the ult running its around 2.2. Once again though when shooting this fast make sure you micro and switch between enemies before casting expunge.

-- NEW -- Wit's End should now replace Last Whisper for the attack speed.

--Infinty Edge: If they haven't surrendered yet, This will only make you hit them harder. Will give you crazy crit damage. I sometimes get this before Black Cleaver, it's all dependent on who i'm up against.
