Playing Udyr is a constant sprint. If you are not hauling ***, killing something, or b'ing to buy items so you can do those things better, you've got room to improve.

Map awareness is key. Know where the enemies.

Buy wards.

Prioritize objectives over kills.

Group for Christ's sake.

Strategically plan your movements 2 steps in advance.

Gauge when to go in for the stun or stay back.

Don't overextend.

Don't stick around after an objective is taken. Move to the next one or B and regroup.

Keep an eye on your mana so you can work through your combos properly.

Plan your engages and stuns around both teams' abilities.

Don't be afraid to cater your build to the game using the items listed.

Be aware that you're faster than your teammates and can get them into trouble using your speed to wait to the last second to GTFO.

Also, don't go back to save a teammate and end up giving a double kill instead of just letting the overextending teammate die, unless you are certain you can succeed.

Give kills and buffs to the ADC/MID/TOP unless they are feeding. Always secure questionable kills.

Don't contest objectives at a disadvantage. You will likely die and they will still get the objective, then your team will be 4v5.

Take time after each game to think back on what you did well, what you did poorly, and why.

Be good to your teammates and yourself. A little love goes a long way, and we've all had bad games.
