Black Cleaver
New Recipe: Phage + Kindlegem + 825 gold
Removed: Armor penetration 10 -> 0
Health: 200 -> 400
AD: 50 -> 40
CDR: 10% -> 20%
Armor shred: 4s -> 6s,
5 stacks -> 6 stacks
I think this item has potential on Udyr. It offers you some juicy cooldown reduction and some health. Black cleaver used to be an offensive Item, but now its more like an offtank item and synergizes very well with Cinderhulk.
