I like to run attack speed and attack damage to have that extra clear time for the jungle and the attack damage to get more damage output from him in ganks.

Teamfights

Udyr is really good at zoning and I usually use him to zone the adc and apc and leave the peeling to the top laner. You are extremely tanky and should always be spamming turtle stance for the massive shield it gives you. He also has high damage for a tank meaning it is even easier to kill the squishy carries.

Jungle

Udyr has amazing clear so it is hard to get behind in jungling. If your lanes are winning instead of ganking udyr has amazing counter jungling that still has an impact on the game. I love to counter jungle alot and usually get kills and put other junglers behind especially lee sin >:). It is also good to get one early point in tiger to use tiger to get that extra attack speed then use pheonix to proc it more often.

Buffs

Udyr works really well with red buff to make it even harder to get away from him, also if you get to have blue buff on udyr you should be spamming stances nonstop.
