This guy is one of those mobafire players that's like 800 elo and think's hes good, DO NOT LISTEN to this guide, or any of them for that matter. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
So if you did 100, you add 150 for a total of 250.
Also it seems a little weird to make a madreds razor, then build it into a wriggles, then get a bloodrazor later, rather than just skipping the wriggles and using it for your bloodrazor earlier. But I've yet to try it, and I'm sure the wriggles certainly gets its utility with the ward.
You forget its on a 2 second CD. If you can get close to 300 AD and your opponent still has right around 2k hp, then triforce is better.
Like I said, over 300 AD and target at 2k HP, triforce wins. 200 AD and 2k hp, madreds win. It's a ratio.
For triforce to be optimal: 20 HP / 3 AD
For Bloodrazor to be optimal: 20 HP / 2 AD
So basically the idea is ratios. Bloodrazor has a better damage to hp ratio than triforce. So that is why if you get about 300 AD, then triforce will be better than bloodrazor.
Wriggles has many uses. The armor, free ward and life steal are all valuable. Also it makes your jungle much faster. Who says you can't have both wriggles and bloodrazor? They are not unique to each other. Also they are both offensive items that give armor. Randiuns active improves for every 100 armor and MR you have. These two items enable you to get over 200 armor with one more armor item. So it's more about item synergy.

Not down voting, especially since it's just my preference than is majorly different. Tiger stance is usually the one stance I don't max.
I thought I put phoenix stance over tiger in the second build. Oh well.
But as for tiger vs. phoenix, both are very high damage spells. For the most damage, you will actually want to max both tiger and phoenix. I like Udyr to deal as much damage as possible. Recently I have been jungling phoenix more, but I feel that tiger has more single target damage which is great for ganks.
Thank you for not down voting from just the skill sequence.
