Yeah I just started looking into runes lately (I buy a lot of Champions :D), I was so focused on trying to get the most CDR I didn't even think about attack speed. Anyways I agree with your assessment 15.3 increased attack speed would be better. Thank you for your response

Hmm... To be honest, i dont think red runes could be good at CD reduc. Maybe taking 15% Attack speed or something ?
