Overall, this guide is decent as a "quick-guide". There are a few things to check out though. First, you have 6 points in Blazing Stampede in your cheat sheet.

Next, you should really check out the BBcode Guide in the "Builds and Guides" dropdown. Simply adding around ability and item names can help break up text a bit. The guide will help with making your guide look a bit nicer.

Lastly, Boots start. I am really unsure why everyone buys boots straight out the gate but you should test out something along the lines of Doran's Blade, Cloth Armor, and 2 Health Potions to start. The Armor will help so much in giving you a better time in mitigating minion damage, harass, enemies retaliating against your harass, ganks, etc. You are already quick with Blazing Stampede so abuse that. I, personally, don't start Boots unless I'm playing Vayne or someone similar.
