ULT CDR Ashe Support

By SIMR
Why Ashe Support:
Ashe support is a late-game menace built for map control, team utility, and game-ending picks. She brings:

Long-range engage with an ult that can decide fights once it's on a ~25-second cooldown.

Massive vision control through Hawkshot and Umbral Glaive.

Teamwide value via slows, bonus damage (Mandate), armor shred (Cleaver), and movement speed boosts.

Your job is to stall, scout, and strike. Play safe. Tell your team to play safe. Look for high-percentage ult picks and never force fights without your cooldowns. If you miss ult — spam ping your cooldown and hard disengage. Don’t ego. One good arrow can flip a game, and Ashe thrives in long games where her utility scales harder than almost any other support.
When to Pick Ashe:
Pick Ashe support when:

The enemy team lacks mobility — easier to land arrows and keep them perma-slowed.

Your team needs safe, long-range engage without risking a dive.

You need a reliable way to get vision without facechecking.

She fits best in high-damage comps with strong engage or long-range follow-up (like Nocturne, Xerath, Smolder, etc). If your team can capitalize on picks, Ashe turns fights from a screen away.
When Not to Pick Ashe:
Avoid picking Ashe support when:

The enemy bot lane is hyper-aggressive — strong all-ins or heavy sustain can punish your weak early game.

The enemy team has high mobility — dashes, blinks, or cleanse make landing arrows unreliable.

Your team lacks follow-up — if no one can capitalize on your CC, your value drops sharply.
How to Play Ashe Support:
Your lane phase is about survival and setup.

Play safe. Don’t force trades unless the enemy lane is clearly weaker.

If you have a good matchup, poke with W and control the wave — but your real power starts at level 6.

Your ult is everything. Play around it, tell your team to wait for it, and only take fights when it’s up.

Shoot high-percentage ults — don’t fish blindly unless you’re confident.

Spam W from max range to harass, proc Mandate, and slow targets safely.

Stay back line. You’re not peeling, diving, or baiting. Your value comes from being alive and applying vision, slows, and crowd control.

Think like a sniper. Stay hidden, take clean shots, and control the game through information and pressure.
