Exhaust
Flash
Ability Order
Mana Barrier (PASSIVE)
Blitzcrank Passive Ability
What is CC?

knock up
snare
stun
root
etc.
WHY YOU USE BLITZ?
for eg.
1st SKILL - rocket grab
This skill pulls them to you
3rd SKILL - power fist
This knockes the enemy up
ULTI - static field
This silences the enemy for a very short time
Runes
1. Mana Runes - You will need them or else you will use up all your mana very fast
2. Cooldown Runes - You will need this to spam your skills
WHY THESE SUMMONER SPELLS
EXHAUST - to help the carry get alot of kills, get fed, then help dominate the game
