You need to use flash and ignate for rengar.I recommend to go top with him because there are three bushes and enemy champion cant escape from you becouse you can jump from bushes.Buy this items dont go tanky becouse he is becous with tanky guide do not try to play it you will lose.He has best abilites i most like his passive jumping when you jump.First reboot E skill becouse you slow enemy with it then go to W what giving you healt and takes enemy healt then reboot Q what taked more demage then normal hit I and R skill with you desepare and you can jump on enemy or escape from enemy .I recomended to do this schedule of skills.Do not change anything.This is best masteries i can give to you.You need offensive masteries becouse you are attack damage champion and then when 9 masteries remain use it on deffense.That is all from masteries.Buy those masteries combination of demage and armor and magic resistence.First buy marks for demage then seals for armor then glyphs for magic resistence and on the end quints for attack damage.This is best masteries for Rengar.
