This build is ****ing awesome! It works only in Dominion, but you will do so much dmg, your enemys will cry. If you had a good game with this build, you can kill the most enemys in one rotation, and sometimes if you have enemys like teemo or something like this, you can kill them in one rotation at the beginning with lvl 3!
VERY IMPORTANT: You have to go solo bot at the beginning! you dont buy boots at first so you are to slow at the top position and you are a kind of carry for your team, so you have to lvl fast.
You get your money not by lasthiting minions, you get your money by penetrating enemy champions and being badass.

As you can see, the the most important function your items have, is to give you attack dmg.
This is important because your e skill is your main dmg output, and you need no attack speed to increase your dmg with this skill.
Two important things: - Your first item must be brutalizer, attack dmg armor penet and cooldown reduction. everything you need with Pantheon
- you need boots of mobility, you dont need attack speed or something defense ****, but the extra movement speed allows you to chase your enemys very good, and help your teammates as fast as possible.

At first you put one point in q, w and e. Thats important, because you need your complete rotation from the beginning: at first you throw one speer with your q, than you stun your enemy with w, now you use e (heartseeker strike - your main dmg output) and when your enemy tries to run away now, and he will, you use again you q to give him at least one hit more.
As i said you e is your main dmg output, so you have to max it first.
The second skill you have to max is your q, not w, because w stacks with ability power.
You use your ult for three things:
- stop enemy champions taking one of your turrets
- backdoor your enemys and take one of their turrets
- jumping in the way of an enemy who would escape otherwise
