Volibear is useless right now, however if you use this build, bring lube, cause this is going to get spicy. Volibear can stack health and he will end up chomping the enemy, one shotting them and they can't scratch him. As well as this, not only will you easily end up with 3.5k health, but you also will do a f**k load of damage. This is the build that I use when playing Volibear and after getting 60 k mastery points on him I can truthfully say I believe this is the funnest build ever. To succeed on Volibear make sure to apply pressure early and peel late game and try and get your Thunder Claws on everyone.
