with the items i find getting durans shield in the beginning causes warwick to be a very nice laner against any champ and almost garuntees you wont be first blood seeing as you have hungering strike, once you rack up enough money you will teloport back home for the first time.. you should be about lvl 3 or 4.... get boots and the vampiric scepter, making warwick almost impossible to lane against seeing as just farming minions keeps you alive just make sure to be more agressive so you can farm.. when you telloport back home the second time you will get wriggles lantern gaining slightly more health steal and the active ward bonus every three minutess, make sure to use this becuase by this time if your smart the enemy team will try to gank you, seeing as your farming too much, when you go back again make sure too finish building you beserker greaves and buying madreds razors and eventually finish madreds bloodrazors any ww withought this item is dumb, itll give you the ability to kill tanks with merely your auto attack and your health steal will ensure it, at this point your a force not to be reconed with, next is the game changing items first spirit visage making your ulti sleal more health and giving a slight ability cool down, then is your malady making your ulti destroy people, and instantly replenish almost all of your health, then although nerfed recently i find the hextec gunblade to still be a very nice item to have at this point you will be a tank with almost no armor, just hitting will keep you alive if you find yourself dieing go into the jungle use one hungering stike and youll be back in business, and if you need to get another gunblade or even wits end whatever you feel is right for your team
