Although lethality got crazy buffed this season, 
Qiyana sadly lost some good rush options she had. Given that I am still trying out builds but I can say confidently that profane is pretty decent, as long as you rush a Serrated Dirk before that. This way you still get the very early spike from dirk and then you can go to Brutalizer and upgrade to profane. The important thing is if you find success with it, then go for it. Im sure its good enough
