Hey nice guide! I've never personally tried building a Lich Bane on Veigar. I figured that even when it comes to attacking towers regular auto-attacks do plenty of damage, but you've convinced me, at least for some games. I'm defiinitely gonna try it.

Just one thing. Are you sure about an Abyssal Mask? The range for the 15% damage bump was nerfed to 325 recently, a range you're very rarely within (I think Veigar's ult's range is 650 just off-hand, could be wrong there). I used to buy this item too, even in a non-tank build, but that nerf turned me off to it. I'd rather get something like a Luden's Echo to compliment my Seraph's Embrace. Just wondering about your thoughts on it :D

Thanks! And you make some good points about abyssal mask. I should have specified in the guide that the last 2 items (Abyssal Mask and Sunfire Cape) are for my tanky build. I chose abyssal mask mostly for its tank stats, the passive was just a cool little bonus. It comes in handy when you have an enemy melee champ right on top of you. Basically if my team is lacking in tankiness and I am getting hammered in team fights, i'll go the tank route. If my team has good tanks and decent cc, I go with Ludens and Void Staff as my last 2 items (glass cannon build). If you go with the glass cannon build you will be deleting tanks with one combo. And you brought up a good point. I love the ludens/Seraph's combo.

Ahh. Yeah that makes sense. Personally I'm more of a glass cannon or no cannon kind of Veigar player, but I can't deny the Mask's usefulness if someone like a Maokai leaps on top of you. Good luck on the fields of justice!

Can I take heal instead of barrier?

is a better option in a duo lane. provides more protection and has a lower cooldown. Also, reduces the effect of , and many mid laners take . I would advise against . Good luck!
