Introduction
My runes are simple.
Reds go Desolation for removing that unwanted Armor on your enemies.
Yellows either go alacrity or resilience. I like to go with the armor for better laning phase and helps throught the game as well. Attack speed works really well if you want to try something different.
Blues I always go alacrity for the simple fact the only other rune type that work with him are shielding which work well but I like the slightly added attack speed.
Quints I ALWAYS go greater quintessence of swiftness X2 and 1 greater quintessence of desolation . I get the Swiftness because honestly when you have a base movement speed of 335 it helps with every early aspect of the game, example would be how the popular ashe guide recommends you use 3 of them.

Ok I know my Items ARE REALLY expensive but I have only finished this build 1 time. Usually teams surrender or lose within minutes of you finishing your madreds.
I start with a dorians and usually end up with 2 of them because for beginning game/laning phase the amount of health attack dmg and lifesteal is really nice. Then I grab a Phage or parts of it why not boots? because you have your http://edge4.mobafire.com/images/ability/lee-sin-safeguard-iron-will.png skill to get you out of any quick fix.
Next grab starter boots, then start working on the rest of your Trinity force
I some times finish Mercury treds after Trinity force but if the team has a lot of CC I would get them before you get Zeal
I know some won't like the fact I have a Trinity force but I works with EVERY SKILL so why not get an Item that can exponentially increase your damage output.
Madreds bloodrazor this is your "say bye bye" to all people item the amount of dmg you will be doing once you get this is unreal.
YOU MUST GET banshees veil next for the pure fact you have enough dmg now is the time to get beefy and plus the passive and magic resist is what you need.
Last 2 items are really situational
