Introduction

This build seems to look crazy but can smash the enemies.This build is made to try to accomplish the goal of not using Sadism, which increases movement speed and gradually increases health regeneration.The repetition of an item is effective for the case of using Dr. Mundo.The build focuses on health, magic resist and armor.For a tank, you just want to get hit by many enemies and takes away only a bar of your health.For me,the health regeneration increases every few levels and reaches up to 390 health regeneration. Excellent or not, it still works.

Runes

The runes really help a lot, for more health, armor and magic resist. Those things are needed for a tank.
The runes include greater mark of shielding, greater mark of fortitude, greater mark of resilience, greater mark of warding and greater mark of vitality which helps you go out there and kill everything in your way without worrying about dieing.
