You're contradicting yourself. Magic Pen makes your Q hit harder, NOT armour penetration. The entire reason you're taking armour pen is for Boomerang Blade, which does magic damage and doesn't benefit from armour penetration. The guide is wrong, and spreading false information due to how highly rated it is. Late game you can pick up armour penetration items, but you'll never bother to get magic penetration ones - meaning all you have are masteries (Archaic Knowledge) and runes.

instead of infinity edge, why not using phantom dancer??? the main problem of sivir is that she has low armor and in youur build you cover this problem by using life steal. but the infinity edge does not give boost of speed or attack. if using phantom dancer, the damage over time will be larger

I always had a lot of troubles with Sivir till I read this guide. Well done. The Manamune is a huge gem that very few would realize how awesome that item is for keeping your mana high and your damage going up.

ArPen is more important in the lategame which is when you'll be dominantly carrying with Ricochet.
