It's not very effective...

I mean sure, AD Fizz is very possible, but this it due to dealing on hit damage. They ONLY way AD is effective is if you abuse that fact.

Also is pretty much built into , making it a waste. Get another health item like for the on-hit effects or .

Just some tips, and btw has AP scaling auto attacks due to , think about it.

fizz is actually a pretty decent ad. well not really ad, but a REALLY good offtank. try building trinity force,warmogs,shurelyas,randuins omen(or frozen heart if u dont like randuins), merc treads or sorc boots, and wits end. with ur e being up every 5 seconds and u being one of the tankiest people on the team, you will live long throughout teamfights, and still do really heavy damage due to the passive on your w. in lane just rush a philosopher stone, boots, then rush a sheen. i've never lost a lane to anyone playing fizz like this.
