Do you mean the items you can buy or the ''max'' level path

Cool stuff dude. Always glad to see more people trying to step up their game. I got a couple of questions.

Have you considered building ? - one of Urgot's main weaknesses is moving around. Give it a try during mid-late game and initiate a team fight with it. Let me know what you think :)

Also, I noticed that you stated that Urgot's ult isn't very good in team fights, but I've had the completely opposite experience. Finish off 1 target and turn the fight into a 4v5. Its extremely useful for winning a team fight. The AoE fear doesn't hurt your chances either - I'll usually get a hook on someone with my ult, activate it, and immediately flash into the center of the fight to get the best fear off.

Just some things to think about. Keep up the grind my dude.

I tried righteous glory once, but it was in a game where i pretty much had a supportive role :P
Further in the context i said that Urgot's ult is not very good in chaotic teamfights where aiming at the right target (any carry) is very hard en you can end up with someone you didn't aim your ult at, like a full hp nautilus or any support; ending up not killing them and wasting an ult

Please stop recommending PTA. Comet is so much better.

This guide is for GOLD below, higher ranks you play with, more you need mana regen or mna flow. That is why I run sorcery path.(I am diamond II 61% winrate urgot main). I mean it is nice guide and great job making it. But I would say you are easly countered(and I know how to play against this kind of rune path.
But for gold elo good guide! Gj dude :)

I personally rarely have real problems with mana as i learnt not to spam his combo just for fun. If you can either get a blue buff off the enemy's jungle or your jungler gives you one,i you can hold out the mid-game which is the most mana-consuming. I also included Abyssal mask to compensate for if you have real mana problems. It's thus up to the player IF they will buy it.

I will try out a new build including trinity force soon, so you can expect another item being added.

If you're playing urgot right, using Q to harass whenever you can land it, then you will run into mana problems.

Just want to say this was a good guide. I just finished my placements for 3v3's (trying to get all 3 victorious chromas) and managed to get placed in gold by playing Urgot with the help of this guide. I would love to see an update for the new runes and masteries.

Does Botrk fit into his build against the likes of cho'gath that like to build health. Pretty good guide btw

You could go for the lifesteal and the extra %hp damage for on-hit effects. Altough you do not need the attack speed as you rarely use your Urgot basic-attack to kill an enemy and your W gives already maximum attack-speed. The slow for the active is a nice add-on too.
You could try it, but only against tanks and when you are certainly ahead. As going for this item negates early tankyness

Nice guide, would like to see some more matchups added, like Jax, Trundle ect.

I will add those when i will encounter them frequently, as i can not base my opinion against another champion of 1 game, because it could be just a bad player or a bad game ;)

A very nice guide but there are certain things which you should consider to increase your efficiency
with this beautiful champion. His Q Ability doesnt need 0,85 seconds to explode anymore, but 0.5. This Ability is know arguably stronger against hard lanes then his E ability because of certain points:

-Time to explode reduced from 0.85 to 0.5 so its very easy to land
-His passive got nerfed in the early, so maxing W to trade isnt as good anymore
-It has a high range, so its excellent at playing safe and aggressive

Also when you max Q first, you should take meditation instead of merciless, as the damage increase is ineffective, because below 25% you can kill him instantly. So 40-25% only gives you 15% effective range for this mastery. With meditate he can utilize his q very hard early game.
But overall the best guide you could find right now for Urgot.

Thank you for your feedback, i followed his q buff and w nerf. But in my experience maxing W first is still the way to go because against a riven or any other champion that needs to go in your face, your W is your consistent damager at close range.

Can you please tell me the location where you found that Q is still 0.85 seconds?? I couldn't find it.
