I don't like the items for early game...you have to wait till Rod of Ages is complete to make true damage. Thats a long shot

I'm glad this guide helped you :) even when its only about 50% finished (it will never be 100% finished as a true guide is work in progress all the time due to patch/updates)

Anyway if you have problems with your Aim on Nidalee I suggest you either wait patiently until the enemy stand still or a teammate stuns the target you're after.
To hit moving targets always take a lot of practice and understanding of how the enemy moves. A great tip is to hit from the sides or from behind. It's all about the surprise moments.
Speaking of surprise moments... When you escape as Nidalee you can trick the enemy to think he has the advantages. Jump until you're at a good range. Press "R" to Transform into human and then throw your javelin - As soon Cougar form is off CD push "R" again to transform and repeat. - Most enemies wont chase you after a Javelin that hits for 60% HP, but if they keep chasing you wait for the right moment and either repeat throwing Javelins or take the bigger risk but also the safer kill of Jumping towards your enemy and use Takedown + Swipe

Wow that's a lot of suggestions. Very helpful indeed :)
To answer very short take a look on the new Build I made (The first Nidalee build)

Reasons for my first build (The second Nidalee build)

You can rush a Catalyst to help deal with the recent nerfs to Nidalee's sustain (increased mana cost on Primal Surge and decreased AP ratio). And getting it early on will also guarantee a stronger early game as you stack it. You don't really need the deathcap that early as you'll likely still be farming alot and it won't be too effective with just the AP from a Doran's Ring and your runes.

I see what you're getting at and if you wish to play it safe its definitely the best choice to get a early Rod of Ages.
I like being the sneaky kind of Nidalee who plays defensively and then suddenly throws her Javelin out of nowhere and hit for 65% of the enemy's total life. - By doing that already very early game I force the enemy team to go for more survivability before they can start getting some more dmg increasing items.
(Offense is the best defense as some might would say ^^)

Fixed. Thx for keeping an eye out for that :)

- I also wouldn't really get an Archangel's Staff on Nidalee unless you get a Tear of the Goddess as your first item

Well again I like being risky and most ppl would probably go for Banshee's Veil for more survivability, but I like the idea with Archangel's Staff as it gives me 150AP (3% of total mana converted to AP) a little more than Rabadon's Deathcap + 1400 Mana which are roughly 15 more Javelin Toss' or 10 more Primal Surges.

Again you're so right about Nidalee being squizy as kittycat, but my build is also a no go for kittycat in teamfights. (Unless you really know what youre doing - 100 games with nidalee kinda helps ^^)

Pretty nice guide. Some suggestions:

- I notice you get Rod of Ages pretty late in the build. I would suggest getting it as your very first item for a couple of reasons. You can rush a Catalyst to help deal with the recent nerfs to Nidalee's sustain (increased mana cost on Primal Surge and decreased AP ratio). And getting it early on will also guarantee a stronger early game as you stack it. - There's a small error in your skill sequence (6 points in Q 4 in E)
- I also wouldn't really get an Archangel's Staff on Nidalee unless you get a Tear of the Goddess as your first item
- I would suggest armor or dodge seals, especially if you're going top. Helps you survive longer when you enter fights as a kitty and the flat AP seals are generally pretty weak imo.
- No Presence of the Master ?

That's all I can think of right now, pretty nice guide and I'll be sure to check back when you've completed all the other sections :>

I wasn't sure about the second deathcap though... I felt like the money could be better spent elsewhere.
I'll be watching this guide but won't be voting up or down till it's complete. GJ :)

Yea I'm wondering if I could use the money for something more beneficial item too. It's not a bad choice, but it feels like you're wasting money

EDIT: I made a few calculations now and came up with a result of Archangel's Staff would be the best choice for this build... what you get is 45 AP from the staff alone and 3% of 3505mana converted to AP - Roughly around 105AP | 45 + 105 = 150AP which is better than Rabadon's Deathcap
