Introduction
Summoner still needs timeing and proper postioning to be effective. I'm still learning how to be fast and effective, how to be in 'two places at once' in the middle of team fight cause of her high mobility.
So here it is - an idea of Vampiric Riven, enjoy!
For Masteries I've chosen 21/6/3. I know pretty weird, considering the rest of builds, but let me explain:
- 21 points in Offense is a good choice for Exhaust, Armor penet, Offensive mastery for better last hit minions, and overall dmg increase. Take note, that I skipped Lethality, cause crits aren't part of this build.
- 6 points in Defense for extra armor and m.res which will help a bit early game.
- 3 points in Utility - Good Hands, so we have reduced death time.

Greater Mark of Desolation - An excellent choice for an AD based champ, the more of Armor penet you have - the bigger your dmg is.
Greater Glyph of Focus - As she's skill dependant to be sucessfull, that extra CDR gonna be a godsend.
Greater Seal of Resilience - To cover her lack of armor early game, and to give her ability of receive some hits late game.
Greater Quintessence of Desolation - Like with Marks.
If you want more CDR for more ownage grab Blue Buff ;)

Broken Wings - Before late game (or place where you get Hextech) this will be used only for harass, bonus dmg AA and movement speed, I've maxed it out as last one. This is great farming tool in conjuction with Ki Burst.
Ki Burst - Good dmg output, short stun as disturpt. I've maxed it first. With Broken Wings and Valor makes a great harass tool. A Q -> AA -> Q -> W -> Q -> E (last Q and E to get away) combo will make your lane opponents mad. An angry opponent is weak opponent ;)
Valor - This is your initiator, escaper and dodger. Maxed as second. Besides it's helpful to get away from tight situations it has also an absorb component which scales with your... AD. So the more AD you have the more dmg it'll absorb. With CDR of this build you can almost spam it. Dodge + Burst combo: E -> Q -> W -> Q ->Q.
Blade Of The Exile - Use this whenever is up and you want to obliterate your opponent quickly. If they gonna try to run away use your R second time and get that kill with Wind Slash. Remember that Wind Slash does more damage, when target is low on HP, so don't waste it on the beginning of fight. Gamebreaking combo: R -> E -> Q -> AA -> Q -> AA -> W -> AA -> Q -> AA -> R.

So why 'Vampiric' you ask?
Her damage output will be high enough to suck massive amounts of HP and hold her alive in team fights. Let's get started:
Ionian Boots of Lucidity - Movement speed + CDR - sweet. You can also take Mercury's Treads to make her spent less time being shut down by CCs.
Wriggle's Lantern - An 'All in one' - AD + Armor + Lifesteal + Free ward for only 1,6k gold. This is superior item on her. You'll be preety much unharassable with this little baby. Later on you can change it for second BT for more ownage. ;)
Last Whisper - AD + 40% Armor penet. AD is self explanatory and with 40% Armor penet + runes you'll tear apart each tank. Also it helps you to stay alive with vampirism, cause the bigger dmg you do, the more HP you get back. After obtaining this one you gonna be kiling them like mosquitos. ;)
Hextech Gunblade - Yeah, this gonna be controversial. First of all - AD bonus, second - Lifesteal and third - Spell Vamp. The AP bonus is trash here, cause her attacks doesn't scale with AP at all. Ok, so what's the idea of Spell Vamp here? Your Q and W are AoE, hitting everything (except turrets ofc) on thier way, this includes minions and enemy champions. So when your Q target is a champion (The Q gonna hit mouseovered target) between minions, Riven will jump to him hitting minions AND an hostile champion doing dmg and sucking HP if she lacks any, great heals are going from an AA between skills also. Same goes to team fights where you damage almost all your opponents at once. So yeah, that's a basic idea of this item. Besides it offers great active, a second Exhaust/slow + nuke in one, as this build lacks any slows. Use it for escaping, chasing and obliterating running enemy if your Wind Slash is on CD or you just want to save it for better ocasion... or just if you don't want to waste your Ult to kill one target.
Spirit Visage - This is your Vampirism booster and CDR booster. Additional HP and M.res are nice too.
Bloodthirster - 100 AD when stacked, additional Lifesteal - yes please! I take BT over IE, cause this isn't a crit build and this crit rate and dmg gonna be wasted.

Your lane partner has died and you don't want to be zoned out of farm?
It's possible to lane with her vs 2 opponents. You just gonna have to wait for an opportunity. If you master this technique you can kill both opponents with your Ulti. How it's made?
Simply - wait for moment when both of them will be close to each other, then use Q -> AA -> Q -> W -> Q -> E (described in 'Skill sequence' section), do it again and again, try to position yourself differently with last Q and E after dealing damage to trick them. If you do it well you'll get out of them without being hurt too much or even without being hit. The key here is to stun both of them and deal heavy damage to only one with AA (second will be hurt by your Q and W AoE damage, as well as some minions) and get out of there, switch opponent, wait for your CDs and repeat. When you think you can kill them, hit your Ult and use Gamebreaking combo: R -> E -> Q -> AA -> Q -> AA -> W -> AA -> Q -> AA -> R. Tested, both opponents killed ;)

Yeah, that's it. This is my very first guide. I'm just curious about your comment about it, some feedback/sugestions/critisism. Vote if you enjoyed the guide, comment isn't required ;) I've tested this build in a few matches and works fine for me, hope you enjoy it as well :) (I'm not good at BBcode, sorry)
