what about omnistone runes? wouldn't they work pretty well on lulu?

I don't think so, no. She wouldn't be the worst user but almost no one uses it because it's not as good as simply having whichever keystone you use best consistently available to you.

Yes, they're a viable alternative! Especially vs engage lanes.

I feel it's actually quite underrated, rushing into you have enough AP to hold your own against solo laners while providing an insane amount of utility to your allies.

Scorch? Gathering storm 10x times better. You mostly dont want to E Q in this meta cuz u can just die so it doesnt make any sense, Aery are enough.

They're both fine, but is the most-used by far across all Elos. It's just personal preference though. Also worth noting that it procs off of Q on its own, you don't have to EQ if you're in a matchup where it's too risky.

Something I've always wondered. Why scaling health over armor or magic resist? Most people I've found go for armor or magic resist.

Since you're trading frequently against the enemy support as well as the ADC you don't only want resistance against physical damage, so HP is the hybrid option.
