By the end of this build, there will be no champ Varus will not be able to take. The critical chance itself will kill champs within seconds, even if up against a tank. Just remember to always stay ranged as Varus is a very squishy champ. When engaging in team fights, stay far from fight, just in range for auto attack. If an enemy champ runs towards you, run away, throw your "e" then auto attack away and you'll kill with no problems.
