Runes

These runes were created for the purpose of early game damage and late game carrying
The quints give you early damage
The marks will let you burst through pesky thornmails and atma's ect.
The seals/glyphs are for survivability

Summoner Spells

I love ignite for damage and runners, if you switch ignite for exhaust/heal change your masteries to butcher instead of summoners wrath
