Night Hunter (PASSIVE)
Vayne Passive Ability
Introduction
Night Hunter (Passive): Vayne ruthlessly hunts evil-doers. She gains bonus Movement Speed when moving toward nearby enemy champions.
Tumble : Vayne tumbles, maneuvering to carefully place her next shot. She rolls toward the cursor and her next attack deals bonus damage.
Silver Bolts : Vayne tips her bolts with a rare metal, toxic to evil things. The third consecutive attack or ability against the same target deals a percentage of the target's maximum Health as bonus true damage. (Max damage vs. Monsters is capped)
Condemn : Vayne draws a heavy crossbow from her back, and fires a huge bolt at her target, dealing damage and knocking them back. If they collide with terrain, they are impaled, dealing bonus damage and stunning them.
Final Hour (Ultimate) : Readying herself for an epic confrontation, Vayne gains increased Attack Damage, stealth during Tumble, and quadruple the bonus Movement Speed from Night Hunter.
But how to use this skills?
Well, try to auto-hit the enemy, use Tumble and hit the enemy again. Try a third hit with Condemn or with an auto-hit, to release Silver Bolts

My runes are standard DPS carry. I take ArmPen for Marks. You get free damage. Nice, isn't it?
For seals I take attackspeed, but it's up to you. You can either take health seals.
For my glyphs I take cooldown reduction, so that I can tumble around the map.
At last I take ArmPen for my essences. Quite helpful for lane control.

I start the game with Doran's Blade. You get more health and damage. Harass the enemy and try to get a kill early. I go back and buy Berserker's Greaves and a Dagger. Now I stay at the lane until I can buy a T.F. Sword. I complete the Dagger and T.F. Sword into a Black Cleaver.
Now, I got a little damage boost and care about other things. I buy a Vampiric Scepter and complete the Vampiric Scepter into a Bloodthirster later. I usually have enough money to buy it.
Well, you got damage and you got lifesteal. What to do next? Buy sheen. It's very useful in combination with Tumble.
To increase your absolute damage buy Madred's Bloodrazor. I start with the recurve bow. After that buy I a pickaxe.
At 1650 gold, I go back and sell the Doran's Blade. I Buy a T.F. Sword and complete it into an Infinity Edge later. Now I buy the last and most expensive item, Trinity Force, but the game usually ends after buying sheen.
Possibilitys for Infinity Edge to improve you surviveability

I play Vayne with Flash and Exhaust.
Flash is the best Summoner spell in League of Legends I think. It can help to save your life and it can help to get kills. AWESOME!! In combination with Tumble you can easily escape ganks.
Second I like to take Exhaust. It's amazing for early game and can be game changing (if used correctly). You are almost unbeatable in 1v1 with it.

Team fights are hard for Vayne. Stay back and kill people with your Tumble. But don't Tumble into the enemys. Always tumble into your team. Use Condemn to stun the enemy but don't push them away from the fight. Always use your ulti at the beginning to get stealthed so you can't be focused.
