In-depth information.

Hello my name is LefterUIKL and I'm a Vayne Main on EUNE. I have in total 1 million mastery points on her, and I was Diamond III on season 5 (on another account). In this guide, you will learn how to play as Vayne on bottom, what items to buy on her and how to play as Vayne against some match ups.
Early Game
(Anyone that wants to add me, can add me on EUNE, summoner name : LefterUIKL)
You'll take Tumble at level 1 since Condemn has too high mana cost and cooldown, and Silver Bolts aren't that much good if a level 1 fight happens.

When you get into lane, you should spam your autoattacks on minions to push as fast as possible to beat the enemy bot lane and get the level 2 advantage.
Whichever bot lane starts losing the push should begin to back off once they've clearly fallen behind in the push, to avoid trading against the bot lane with the minion advantage. Should the enemy bot lane be the one backing off, at this point you don't want to keep pushing, but rather begin to freeze by only auto attacking the minions to last-hit. This is for two reasons: The most obvious reason is that when your minions get low from being auto attacked by the minions you're intentionally leaving alive, the enemy ADC has to walk towards you if they want to last-hit it and take free poke in exchange, and rather than do that they will instead choose to miss that CS, placing you at a CS advantage. The second reason is that while you want to push for your level 2 powerspike, your level 2 powerspike is useless if you push the enemy bot lane safely under tower. You want the minion waves to stay as close to the middle of the lane as possible, so that when you hit level 2, if the enemy bot lane don't let themselves be zoned far enough away you can just all-in them for a kill, or at least chunk them for a lot of damage. Good minion wave management at this stage will have you winning the level 2 race without the minions budging from the very middle of the lane until later.

At level 2 you'll be leveling up Silver Bolts most of the time to increase your {overall} damage, and if you're going for a level 2 kill. At level 3 you'll take whichever you didn't take (which is usually Condemn). Your basic trading pattern should be auto-attack, Tumble for another auto-attack and then Condemning the enemy away for the 3rd Silver Bolts stack and to prevent further retaliation from them. The 3rd step of the combo is quite mana intensive so you don't want to spam it too much, only when preventing further enemy retaliation is important. The rest of the time you'll just want to proc the 3rd stack with another auto-attack.

Depending on your matchup (enemy botlane) you may either want to freeze the lane and zone the enemy bot lane with the threat of pokes/trades and engagement.

When you're in the losing matchup, which as Vayne you usually will be, you'll be the one getting shoved in, and your objective is to simply farm up as best you can since you tend to outscale the enemy laner if you can make it far enough into the game.

Teamfights-Focus
Q:Who is the biggest threat in a teamfight?
A:The biggest threat in a teamfight is the player who has the most kills, does the most damage and focuses the right person.
Q:Who to focus in a teamfight (as Vayne)?/
A:You will focus the one who is not only a threat to you, but to your whole team too.
e.g. : If you have a 10/1 Miss Fortune it's obvious that you will focus her.

Q:Should I go frontline to kill their ADC?
A:No, your job as an ADC is to do the most possible damage and help your team kill the whole enemy team. If they have a Nautilus who is trying to focus you and has 3.000 Health, you will have to kite him, and when he dies you can go for their carry. Though, if they don't have a tank, or no one who is trying to focus you and you're just being ignored in the fight (20% it happens on low elo) you can go sneak on their ADC and eventually kill it.
Summoner Spells
[
Let's start out with the summoner spells. The standard summoner spells for an ADC are Flash and Heal. BUT, you can also get Flash and Barrier when your supports decides to get heal.
Q:Why would you get Barrierand your support get Heal?
A:Well the answer is simple, whenever your enemy support has bunch of healings or shields it can get annoying and eventually lose fights 2v2. Say you have a Tahm Kench support, and their support is Soraka. Who do you think would live longer in a fight? Soraka and her ADC, cause of her healings. To counter that and win in a 2v2 fight on such situation, you will get Barrier and your support Heal. (Though, your support can use Ignite, to stop healings such as Heal, healings and shields. It's up to you and your support)

Primary Runes Tree
The main rune you want to be choosing is Fleet Footwork since it gives you sustain in lane, gives you for a certain amount of time movement speed, and it's a lot more useful for kiting than any other Precision rune.
You could also choose Press the Attack on some situations but, I would not really recommend it.

Secondary Runes Tree
For the secondary runes tree, you can choose to either Domination or Sorcery. Domination can give you healing and stack up with your Q by giving you lethality. Sorcery can give you overall late game damage, reduce your R's Cooldown and make you stronger whenever you're under a certain amount of HP (which is 70%)
If you ask me, I'd say most useful is Sorcery for all of its damage that it can give you. Domination could work out too though, but not as good as Sorcery.
