Introduction
The reason why I picked these runes are because they are the standard rune build for an AD carry. Flat AD Runes for last hitting and helps with her other abilities. Flat Yellow Armor Runes for surviving lane. Flat Blue Magic Resistance for surviving lane. Flat Purple AD Quints for last hitting and damage on abilities.
The entire game what your goal is to get as much straight damage as possible. So what I do is I build Bloodthirster first for straight forwards damage. Then a zeal for a little attack speed and crit. Then I build a Last Whisper before my Phantom Dancer so the other team can't stack armor to counter me in teamfights. Then I build my Phantom Dancer for my main attack speed item. Then I build a survive ability such as Quick Silver Sash Or Guardian Angle. It really depends on what you are going against in your game. If you a going against a very high burst team get Guardian Angle. If you are going against a high CC team get a Quick Silver Sash. Then an Infinity Edge to top it all off. If the game goes on and you have no space left you can sell your boots for another Phantom Dancer.
Make Sure you try to hit every CS in lane or you will have a very hard time late game. If the other ad carry is zoning you just farm under tower and hold the lane close to the tower so they can't zone you. If you don't farm you can't hyper carry like she is meant to. Farming is the most important part of being an AD carry.
