This is my first build, so please be kind.. But i would like criticism where needed.. Thank you

Vayne is by far one of my favorite characters. And this is one setup that i have found to be most effective. From the start, Vayne has a slow attack speed and is very squishy. Starting off with the dagger and silver tips will get you that first kill very easily. I add the sword of the occult for that added damage and bonus attack speed after 20 stacks. Mixing life steal with attack speed will help Vayne stay in battle longer for she is a very squishy champion.

By the time you aquire Stark's fervor keep an eye out for wandering and enemy champs. Vayne's passive ability will help you chase and take down the lone heroes with ease. When near max level and/or having all items listed above, taking on 2-3 enemies at one time is possible as long as Final hour is up and you have more than 75% health. I recommend laning in the middle to get a jump in level. This will add to your early kill streaks thus adding to the bonus on the sword of the occult.

I usually play Vayne in the mid lane.. but when laning else where i've found that it is best to lane with a melee dps and or tank. This will allow you to stack silver shots on them without being harrassed. It will also make it easier to line up your condemn shot. Pinning them is best but pushing them towards your team is always a great way to assist.

Now Vayne is squishy so if you are getting pummled and would like more health/defense i recommend trading tiamat and/or the blood thirster for the desired items. With those items gone, you'll still have enough attack speed to take down most, if not all, champions.

The runes listed will give you a headstart with the attack speed and the armor pen. will help with late game tanks or champs who stack armor. Combined with the masteries its a sure way to make your Vayne into a speedy killing machine.
