Just so you know this is my first guide EVER. Kinda scared on how people will react to it. If you have any ideas on how to make this build better please say so. Not really sure how to do that item picture thing so yea... I would like someone to tell me how to do that. >.<

For runes I take 9 Marks of Desolation, 9 Seals of Vitality, 9 Glyphs of Focus, and 3 Quints of Desolation. You can also go for 9 Seals of Alacrity and 9 Glyphs of Warding (Having that extra magic resistance in the beginning would be quite helpful), I would get Ionian Boots instead of the Berserker's Greaves if I were to go for the attack speed and magic resistance runes. (Without runes i would just get berserker's greaves anyways)

What you see up there would be the build I would go. For the order at which I get Madred's Bloodrazor and the Banshee's Veil depends on what situation you are in. If I'm being melted like crazy by ap casters, I would get the Banshee's Veil before the Madred's Bloodrazor. If you decide to go bloodrazor first anyway, then just be careful of them ap carries. For the last item I would sell my doran's blade to build for either a Phantom Dancer (If you want to attack and move faster), Last Whisper (If the other team just has too much defense), Guardian Angel (If you think you're just too squishy), or The Black Cleaver (If you want more attack speed and damage, it's passive is awesome too).
