Introduction
this is my first build so maybe i have to edit some things and so on...
let's see
For runes I use armor penatration marks
Armor seals
cooldwon glyphs
you're probably wondering why not atack speed or damage...
the cooldown glyphs help you to use your tumble very often which is your main damage source.
why I take armor seals for her?
because she is very squishy early game and when you keep harrasing enemies you will get minion focus. With a bit armor you will be able to harass hard without getting harrased that much.
I think armor pen is nice on every physical damage hero...
and for your damage outpout it is really nice to walk with armor pen runes

For masteries I am running a 21 5 4 build
1 point in exhaust if you're going to run with with this
3/4 into cooldown (4/4 if you're not using exhaust)
full attack speed
and the rest to "Havoc"
2/3 magic resist in defense tree
and 3/3 armor ( same reason like before)
1 mastery in ghost and the last 3 in mana/life regen

Start with Doran's Blade for some decent damage and lifesteal and most important some life... you will need id early game, but don't go for a Doran's Shield instead.
the first time you're back you will be able to buy your full shoes in most cases. Beserk's Greaves will give you a nice push in you'r attack speed.
next time buy a Vampiric Scepter to give more lifesteal to stay longer on lane and also buy
Sheen. This is your most important item, because it suites perfectly with your tumble to burst a ton of damage with one shot.
after this return if you have enough money to buy Phage. This item will get you more life, some damage and the ability to slow with your attacks, which will help you to chase enemies down.
now finish Trinity Force in one step. With the ability of sheen this is the your main item.
you will be able to farm fast and good with that so it doesn't take long until your B.F. Sword and later on turn it into a Bloodthirster for a nice lifesteal item and a lot of damage.
If you aren't feeded that much and your team is running with some AD Carries buy Stark's Fervor instead because it gives your team a decent amount of attack speed
If the game is running good this will probably your end equip. If not buy another( or the first one)B.F. Sword and form it into an Infinity Edge to increase your Damage and give you some crit. too.
If the enemy team is well carried form a Banshee's Veil before the Infinity Edge to save you from getting knocked out right before a team fight or something else.
you think you don't have enough attack speed and you want more crit. ? Go for Phantom Dancer at last or if you need that more then Banshee's Veil or Infinity Edge... build it before that items.

For Vayne it is important to use her tumbleso you're going to skill that first and focus on that.
at lvl 2 skill your condemnonce. if you get in a sticky situation you will be able to get the enemy right away from you(or even get a early stun if you have the chance). Later on you will level this at second because of its bonus damge and to trigger your silver bolts.
lvl 3 ready to shoot with silver bolts? With that passiveyou be able to use your whole damage output.
skill your Ultimate ability Final houreverytime you have the chance (6/11/16)

I'm running with the summoner spells Ghost and Exhaust
Ghost is nice to chase enemies and they won't even escape with their ghost because of your passive from Night Hunter
Exhorst is nice on her too because you will deny them from running away and you will be able to shoot them down.
another possibility is Flash
you will be able to escape through walls or getting away with your Ultimate feat. tumble.
Also you can use it to flash right in front of enemies to shoot them into walls to stun them.

Side Lane
If you are going for First Blood skill Condemn first to shoot the enemy into the wall right he steps into the grass. Or if your Lane partner have a stun on lvl 1 skill sliver bolts for the bouns effect on the passive. Otherwise follow the normal skill sequence.
With Vayne it is very easy to get last hits, because you have a decent damage output and attack speed. Try to zone out melee enemies and tumble toward and harass them with your shot. When they run away after your 1st shot allways try to get the 3rd on them to activate your true damage on them.
When you get your ultimate ability at lvl 6 and one of the enemies stands far away from his tower, activate Final hour and tumble behind him then shoot him back with condemn. Or let your lane partner begin the fight with a stun and when he runs away you kick him him against a side wall.
Solo Mid
Go the normal skill sequence but skill silver bolts at lvl 2 if you are dominating the mid lane to get a very strong harass ability early on. If you're enemy doesn't watch out attack him with a first shot (1st stack) then follow him to get a second shot or tumble to dodge an enemy skill shot on you (2nd stack) and shoot the last one with your tumble or if you allready used that before activate the 3rd stack with condemn even if the enemy will be far away after this. But don't harass the enemy so strong that he wants to recall. If he steps out to much try to kill him with the bonus damge of your Ult.
Other wise run into a bush and tumble forward to get invisible for a moment. Now you can kick him in a useful direction and kill him easy.
Solo Lane(1v2)
Yes you are squishy. So don't try to harass them to much just concentrate on on farming and last hitting. If the enemies try to tower dive you shoot them into the wall with your condemn, so that they get stunned while take tower shots which mostly turn into a kill for you. If you reached lvl 6 ask for a gank from your jungler or allies from other lanes. With your level advantage that should be an easy fight and you will be able to recall after this to buy items.

You are a squishy ranged AD carry so you don't start a team fight except someone from the enemy team steps out to much. In other cases you wait until your tank goes in or someone with a mass disable. Activate your ultimate, tumble toward the next enemy carry and shoot him down. Help your team mates with condemn to shoot back enemies from your carries or back into the group.
