The Combo+Farm
You dont need to put the E in level 5 with the Q,some people do this but,if you make the combo very speedly,the time that the enemy will be Stuned at the level one of the power,is enought time to make the combo and pick up the kill.
About the Farm,try to kill all the minion with the Q magic,if you have the last hit in the minion with the Q you will receive +1AP for every kill,if you do this in the end of the game you will have someting about 80~100 or MORE AP only of the farm,so you will have more Ap then the build show.
I also have take 875 AP with him.
