Why Athene's Unholy Grail?

EARLY GAME IMPROVEMENT!You will spam Q's with CDR and have a lot of mana.Your passive wont save you at the late game.But with this when youre half mana.You will have 10 Mana Regen per second.That's the same as drinking a mana potion continiously.You need that item.
