This guide is specificly for mid veigar but could easily be used for side lanes as well. The only problem with using veigar in side lane is the difficulty on getting last hits with your Baleful Strike.

Please be nice this is my first Guide :D

Item: Start with getting a Meki Pendant. Deppending on if your a more skilled viegar get a mana pot with a potion. If your new to veigar you may have a safer time getting 2 health potions instead of the mana.

Spells: Start by getting Baleful Strike. The goal is to try and last hit with it so that you recieve an extra 1 AP for the rest of the game. You can do this as many times as you want and this is why you want to try and get mid over your other teammates because side lanes are much harder to last hit when you have someone else on your team trying to last hit aswell.

Items: You wanna head back whenever your able to buy your Tear of the Goddess and sorcerer's boots. Continue by taking back middle lane.

Spells: Continue to get last hits on the creeps with Baleful Strike. While upgrading and getting your other spells.

Items: You wanna head on back for the second time to get your Archangels Staff. Followed by your Void Staff. After running around and being able to get a few kills in you wanna head on out to get your Sheen followed by finishing your Lichbane depending on how many kills you are getting.

Spells: Continue to upgrade all your spells in the spells formation aswell above.

Items: Run around the feild now, helping your team out and staying back till you can hit the big hits. Continue trying to get 2 Rabadons Deathcaps when you can afford it.

Spells: Finish them up.

EWQR is the spell formation to finish off someone.

Start with E (Event Horizon) which stun them in place so that you can W (Dark Matter)them.

Followed by Using Q (Baleful Strike)and R (Primordial Burst) To fully distroy the enemy.
