I'd honestly replace the 2 stacked Arch's with an RoA and a DFG or Void Staff (probably Void). Or just a DFG and Void if you don't mind the squishiness. OBV you already added that in, I'm just mentioning my personal preference.

Also, might want to add that beginners with Veigar preferably should NOT grab Mejai's early game, as it is pretty tough to be agressive that early. I would recommend building an RoA instead of Mejai's when you are learning Veigar; it combats the squishiness, and the rage for losing stacks when you die, because it WILL happen until you get the hang of him. Otherwise great build!

Well, just to sort things out let me mark that it is the same day that I created my own account too. And those two you mention are my friends which I've been playing the game with and whom already appreciated my build for Veigar irl. So basically that was their honest support for me in this portal and also you might have noticed that one of the comments belong to them which is funnily exaggerated and meant to be a joke =).

As for your point about the build itself, I am already aware of the fact that we may need more magic penetration in some situations and I already mentioned void staff as a great alternative for an Archangel's, with that change you can still zero the magic resist (if actually they farm any...) of any squishy char. Dealing with tanks is however another issue which I'd prefer to approach by the deathfire grasp as I (again) already mentioned in the "Items" section of the build.

However of course I respect your point of view and appreciate your suggestions, I will consider making some further changes on the build taking them in account.

I find it interesting that two of the upvotes on this guide were from users who both created their accounts on the day that this guide was made and both only have one post each. Oh well.

Personally I'm not a fan of straight-up AP stacking. Where's your magic penetration? Sure, you've got the boots, the runes, and the masteries, but that's really not enough to absolutely rip through tanks and squishies. One Banshee's Veil will ruin you. What you need is an Abyssal Scepter or a Void Staff in order to make that magic damage relevant.

Note also with this build that you reach about 1850 health and have an underwhelming 30 magic resist and 94 armor. You're going to be focused down so quickly by their ranged DPS that you probably won't get much of your combo off.

omg awesome, amazing, sexy build, with this build you can't stand against veigar if you know how to play with a squishy char, you have to survive almost every gang to success this build.

Good build, but really quite squishy. Have you ever thought of popping in a RoA in there to help with some health by chance? Anyways great build +1
