First off, I don't think Zhohnya's is a particulary bad item for Veigar - you're being focused? Pop Zhonya's and your team'll peel them off.
And sticking around after you've gotten your combo off (even if you manage to survive after it) so that you could land some Lich Bane procs isn't very smart, seeing as you are very squishy and you will die fast.

Well I mean, what else are you gonna get? Zhonya's isn't particularly well suited to Veigar, where Lich bane has nearly the same AP plus the HUGE autoattack, and the MR on Lich is a very nice bonus to all that.

Thing is, with your ap at around 800, you'll be doing a metric **** ton of overkill, so getting Lich Bane seems a bit too much for me.

You might consider rethinking your opinion on Lich Bane. My usual combo with Veigar would be stun + dark matter + baleful strike. However, if you've farmed your AP up to around 800, your Q will do about 600, while a Lich Bane auto will do 900 and takes the same time to use. And then you still have a Q + lichbane combo that's no on cooldown. So early game Lich Bane is awful but as a sixth or maybe fifth if you're doing very well it's epic.

Yeah, I'll be adding sections and whatnot as I go along, I just wanted to see how the guide looks because I didn't find a preview option on the build maker :p

I like the build, but you could always maybe expand the gameplay section a bit :D What you do in different situations, basic combos, how to... :)
