The basic Idea Here is to stack your passive and your runes while staying alive. So usually what end up happening is 1 of 2 outcomes:
The first is you can zoned off the lane by a high mobility/Crowd-control Champion and you snipe some minions while trying to bait him into fighting you under your tower. Where you will promptly stun him and for the stone laser guy to do his thing.
The second outcome is you you Zoning the enemy off the wave and you trying to hit him with some Q's while he waits for his jungle to come top to gank. Here is what you do then: You run. best put the jungle that probably snuck up from behind you into the cage of shame first.

Try to Aram down mid a lot since that lets you stack your passive. If you do this well you can zone the whole enemy team while your jungle and adc quickly do dragon. Here is where the problem lies your adc and jungle probably hate each other at this point and they are both 1 in 9. So no need to worry they will both reach their 10 death power spike soon so then you will actually have more than 1 teammate. and no I am not referring to the 4 Idiots running around which are supposed to be on the same side as you. No I am referring to the the guys in red that will start to feed you soon because if they don't then you might actually lose this.

1 Shot all the guys in red and destroy that big inhibitor in their base.
