Why did i choose these runes?

Arcane commet does damage and overall is better then the other two.
Manaflow band because he uses alot of mana
Transcendence for the cdr
Scorch for the extra damage. You also will probably use your abilites on someone minimun every 5 seconds, but if your using your q to farm minions you wont be hitting your lane often. you might hit them with your q but your normally going to be using your combo.

INSPIRATION

perfect timing because its just a good item in general and can save your life. even though it got nurfed to activate later in the game, its still a good rune.
Cosmic insight for the CDR

Flash so you can get out of bad situations, or get to someone to land abilities. i take Flash over Ghost because ghost is too predictable and isn't really useful. Flash also lets you do cool outplays.

i personally choose Barrier so i can live while escaping, or while dueling. if you would like to you could choose Ignite but i prefer Barrier. i also like taking Barrier while vsing Lux to live from her ult. i find she just uses her Prismatic Barrier when you ignite, as some don't have the chance to use it when you e her.

all the other summoners aren't really as useful as Flash, Barrier or Ignite. Cleanse might be useful in certain hard cc matchups.
