Imagine draven, now give him infinite Q, infinite W movement speed AND attack speed, an auto reset, a 360 degree windwall and a dash that resets on kills. Sound pretty broken right? Well I just described to you on-hit samira.
After the great success of my first guide(pause),well not really but thank you to that one guy who found it helpful, I decided to further milk the idea. Only problem is that I play only one champion, Samira. So my only other choice was an off meta samira guide. Which got me thinking. With the new season all adcs got changed, and specifically for samira, they removed the ad scaling per level on her Q and is now always 125% flat. In the past you were handicapped into maxxing her Q first, but now technically you don't have to. This led me to my new invention. On hit samira or... no combo samira no ult samira? kiting samira. You might not know this but her E gives attack speed, and a lot of it when it's maxxed. Combine this with the movement speed on her passive and you are now playing a normal adc , which means that you can abuse the highest value rune and item in the game. Lethal tempo and Yun tall. The rune page is pretty normal and the build is pretty much the same, with the only exception being that yun tall replaces collector. You can get fancy and try some of the new season items, but they are pretty hard to pronounce so I avoid them... . Ideally your support gets bandlepipes, and even ardent later on. If you combine every passive in game you can get as high attack speed as 3.... Now you might be asking, how can you call this on hit samira when you only get 1 and a half attack speed items. You see even when going a normal build, in the late game, your best single target DPS is not your ult, it's actually auto attacks(with the E attack speed). Meaning if you play around maximizing your auto attacks you can get clips like this.
The playstyle is quite different, main thing is resisting the urge of pressing R, but once you get used to playing like you are stuck lvl 5 the whole game you remove most of samira's weaknesses, the main one being her ult is pretty much blitzcrank W, but without even the extra movement speed part, you just get slowed. I mean you also deal some damage I guess, but that's pretty irrelevant.
You can also try this build on mid, since you are buying berserkers, the free extra attack speed and lifesteal on the boots are pretty useful.
