You'd still put the points into attack speed. AS isn't bad, it's just that going from 3% as to 4% as important as getting a flat 5ad/ap or reducing 10mr/armor on your targets =)

This has brought up an interesting perspective, if I take up the Summoner's Wrath, where do you suggest the other three points to go, perhaps ignore the attack speed if you don't believe its relevant (1% starting to make me disbelieve) and put them into cool-down reduction.

I don't even know how to tell if I have acquired negative votes. I am very new to the community, trying to learn the ropes and make friends.
